rheo: 5 horizons at Sound:frame festival

Sound:frame festival will celebrate its 5th anniversary, you’re invited to an audio:visual spectacle.
Starting off with several installations, including a world premiere by sound:frame’s AV artists depart „Δ Aurigæ“,
Ryoichi Kurokawa from Osaka will merge sophisticated soundscapes with fragile and multi-layered visual structures in his installation “Rheo: 5 horizons“.
Using 36 graphite rods Fishing for Compliments will modulate sounds that are influenced by their surroundings as well as individual movements.
While unlicht-lichterloh & unheilbar architektu focus on shape and spatial constructions, TRANSFORMA & La Caution experiment with urban art and urban music forms, presenting their street art at the “Alte Technik”. Willi Dorner will present a film-screening and Gerald Moser, Rainer Haslhofer and Pete Gmachl their room installation.
