About Cover Versions

Cover Versions (2008): series of audio-visual modules on the graphics / audio content of vinyl organized by aesthetic affinities. Cover version is an attempt to address the history of art through the iconography of kits disks related to avant-garde sound, a new exercise reconciliations using coercion square format.

About Artkillart

Artkillart is a label based in Paris/Berlin, created in 2006. The label aims to promote experimental audiovisual and sound art. Artkillart invites artists to conceptualize, create and design an object, which explores the limitations of the support (dvd, cd and/or vinyle). Each object is designed following this reflection, as an experience for the artist and an experience for the audience. For the CIMATICS Festival in Brussels, Artkillart proposes a full lineup, composed with 5 performances in the field of real-time audiovisual and post-VJ live performances : chdh, laboiteblanche &Carl.Y (Audiotrace), RYBN (Monochrome), Vincent Epplay & Samon Takahashi, Yann Leguay & Jérôme Fino(Cutter Off). The whole night will be streamed through radiowne.org.
